Harris says he positively ID'd Brown in a photo lineup, Sissel asks him if he's sure he ID'd Brown. Harris said he's sure. We're going to the video now.
Video shows Harris with an Iowa City Police officer, reviewing a print out of a photo line up.
Harris is saying something about the photos, but I can't make it out.
Harris points out two photos that he says look like the shooter.
Sissel and Harris argued over whether Harris was convicted in May 2008 to giving false reports to police. Harris says he wasn't.
Harris tears up on the stand. He says the Lindsey family blamed him for what happened to Donelle. He says it wasn't his fault and he'll deal with it. Someone in the gallery just stood up and said "You left Donelle to die."
She's been escorted out of the courtroom.
Sissel says someone slipped a photo of Donelle under DiMarco's door after the shooting. DiMarco doesn't know what was meant by the photo or who slipped it under the door.
Christiansen questioning again, trying to clarify how much alcohol was consumed. First bottle was half a pint, second bottle was a pint and the last bottle was a fifth. That last bottle was shared.
We're back. State is calling Johnny Platt, a U. Heights reserve officer.
Former reserve officer. Full-time dispatcher.
Platt was the first on the scene of the shooting. He was unable to detect a pulse or breathing from Lindsey.
Next state witness is Nicole Blosser.
She was living in Pheasant Ridge at the time of the shooting.
She was living with her 6 month old daughter and Ivan Hardamon, the child's daughter.
Ivan and Nicole were outside having a cigarette when they heard the gunshots and ran inside. Ivan got a phone call.
He left the apartment and came back with Brandon Brown.
During the drive, Brown told Ivan he shot somebody.
After driving back to Iowa City, Ivan and Nicole drove to Brandon's girlfriend's house. She gave them a box.
The box contained two, small black guns.
They took the box of guns to the Breckenridge Mobile Home Park and left the guns with a couple there.
