Johnston reading other texts of Schlitter keeping her updated.
Johnston: You say in one text, why worry for me?
Johnston: Schlitter says it's just because you were the last one with her?
Parmer is telling him to worry about his daughter.
Johnston: Schlitter is asking her what happened, did she fall?
Parmer: She just played with us. Wouldn't eat and bathed her. She started sleeping on couch and I laid her down. Thanks for pointing finger at me. I would never hurt a kid.
Johnston: Schlitter said he knows you wouldn't hurt her. He just wants to know why?
Parmer: Yes. She tells him she doesn't know what happened. She only keeps her 2 or 3 hours on Sundays. She's praying for her. Tells him she will be home most of the day if DHS needs to stop by.
Parmer gave the police those texts.
Johnston: Schlitter sent you a text about not having to worry about being walked in on?
Parmer: Yes, since we were sleeping on mattress in living room. Kids could have walked in on us while we were having sex.
Johnston: Did you take it as he was meaning Kamryn was dying and you wouldn't have to worry about her walking in on them?
Parmer: No, my kids would have still been there.
Johnston is having Parmer identify a rent application that they were going to rent together with all the kids.
Johnston: Did you want Kamryn in your life?
Johnston: Did you believe Schlitter had abused Kamryn?
Johnston: Did you ever end up moving in with Schlitter?
Parmer: No. They broke up couple months after Kamryn's death.
Johnston: Before she was charged, people knew about it? Gossiped about you at work?
Parmer: Yes. She had to go to manager and complain about it. Heather Meyers and Tim Sprous worked there. They gossiped about her and some called her a "baby killer."
Maybanks: On March 21, you said it was a rough day?
Maybanks: She was sleepy during the day?
Maybank: She was fussy and cried alot and didn't want to interact?
Maybanks: You said Schlitter got frustrated with her?
Maybanks: Did you ever tell anyone about Schlitter getting frustrated with her?
Parmer: I think so.
Maybanks: You didn't see if he put her in timeout?
Parmer: He took her in bedroom for timeout.
Maybanks: Did Schlitter go cool off while she was in timeout?
Parmer: He went to take a shower.
Maybanks: After this, you gave her lunch?
Parmer: Kamryn went into the bedroom crying.
Maybanks: She couldn't eat the pizza and took it out of her mouth?
Maybanks: Kamryn was still lethargic after she got up from nap?
Maybanks: She was with you entire time that night?
Maybanks: Kamryn napped longer than usual, she couldn't eat, she wouldn't play, wouldn't drink? You or Schlitter didn't think about taking her to the doctor?
Parmer: Yeah, probably her regular doctor during week day hours.
Maybanks: You gave her a bath but she hadn't been outside that day or eaten?
Maybanks: You said today you put her to bed about 7:30 pm. but in first police interview you said 7 p.m.?
Parmer: I'd like to see that (transcript).
Maybanks reads the question on the interview.
Maybanks: It was 7 p.m. you gave her a bath?
Parmer: Yes, the bath. She put her to bed about 7:30 p.m.
Maybanks: 911 call was made at 7:44 p.m?
Parmer: It that was the time.
Maybanks: You were asked if you saw any bruises and you said no?
Parmer: No additional bruises. I meant to say no additional bruises. She had seen cheek and forehead bruises.
Maybanks: You worked with Heather Meyers at Tic Tock? You were her supervisor?
Parmer: Yes. She thought of her as friend.
Maybanks: Meyers would give you a ride sometimes?
Maybanks: She even picked you up when she wasn't working?
Parmer: I guess, maybe.
Maybanks: Didn't your friendship go by way side when you became close to Tim Sprous? He didn't like Meyers?
That's it for the day. Thanks for following. See you 9 a.m. tomorrow.
