I don't think they will base it on that or consider it. Jurors are usually good about abiding by the ethics and rules of the court in their service. I hope they are not influenced by that. That wouldn't be right or fair to Parmer.
Well, they could but they usually decline my request for comment after the trial. If the former juror is on here and willing..........
Parmer and Schlitter were charged with the same charges.
A few minutes ago, the jurors asked for TV to watch some of evidence. Not sure if they are interested in one of the police interviews, photos, video of Kamryn or something else.
She has been here. She couldn't come into the trial because she was a witness. She doesn't live here anymore and has another child. I know she was in contact throughout the trial with the prosecutor's office.
They have to be unanimous in the verdict.
Also, the jurors have ordered lunch. I'm going to take care of some other work, so I will check back in this afternoon about 2 p.m. and I'm happy to chat more with you then.
I'm back. Nothing happening so far.
I will be on watch tomorrow but after that you will have to keep our website for any updates.
It could but that's really up to them.
Well, I never hear many people say that! I guess if you're a registered voter in Linn County you could be called at some point. You can't volunteer for jury duty.
I'm working on something else. So, I will check back in after 4 p.m. and give you any update.
